I POST THIS DEED TO SHOW THAT AARON DUCKWORTH WIFE WAS A DAUGHTER OF ABRAHAM JOHNSON, I ALSO SPELLED EVERY WORD AS IT WAS ON THE DEED.

IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN----

I Abraham Johnson of Allegany County and State of Mariland Wearas; being in Very-Sick and weak in body but of perfect mind and memory, thanks, beto the Almighty God. Calling to mind the mortality of my Body and knowing that it appointed for all men once to Die. I do make and ordain this my last will and testament: That is to Say Primarily and first of all I give and recommend my Soul into the hands of God that gave it: and my Body I recommend the Earth to be buried in a Decent Christian manner at the Discretion of my Executors nothing Doubting, but, at the general Resurrection I shall receive the Same again by the mighty poser of God. And as touch Such worldly estates it has pleased God to bless me with in this life I give Devise and Dispose of the Same in the following manner and form:

First of all, I give and bequeath to my well beloved Wife Elizabeth that is my only lawful marred Wife the one third part of all my Estate after my lawful Debts are paid out of it. While She remains my lawful Widdow, whom I make and ordain with Aaron Duckworth to be Executisc and Executor of this my last will and testament by her freely to be enjoyed.

Likewise to my other three Daughters I give and bequeath the Sum of Nine Shillings to be raised and levied out of my Estate. To be paid to them without fraud or Defect when they Shall arrive to the age that the law requires.

And the rest of all my Estate with the third of my wife when She Ceases to be my lawful widow. I give and do bequeath to my well beloved Son Abraham to be his own and his own use forever…………..

And I do utterly Disallow Disannul and revoke all other former wills or testaments legacies bequests and Executors by me in any wise made or names before this, Ratifying and Confirming this to be my last will and testament. In- Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this Nineteenth Day of April one thousand Eight Hundred and one.
