Mrs. Walter C. Savage

Mrs. Nannie A. Savage, aged 78, died last Saturday night, October

6, at her home in Oakland.  She had been ill for about five

years.

 

Born in Deer Park, August 30, 1884, she was a daughter of the

late Jackson and Virginia Friend Rodeheaver.  Twice married she

was preceded in death by her first husband, Hugh H. Calderwood.

 

She was a member of the Rosedale United Pentecostal church.

 

Surviving are her husband, Walter C. Savage; one son, Paul T.

Calderwood, Bethesda; two stepsons, Stanley and Luther Savage,

Oakland; and two brothers, Lee and Leslie Rodeheaver, Deer Park.

 

The body was taken to the Leighton Funeral home in Oakland.

Funeral services were conducted  Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock

from the funeral home with Rev. Roy J. Riffle officiating.

Interment was in Deer Park cemetery.
