MRS. IRA E. FRIEND

GRANTSVILLE --- Mrs. Icie Mae Friend, 73, wife of Ira E. Friend, died Thursday at her home in Grantsville.

She was a native of Preston County, W. Va., a daughter of the late Melvin G. and Maggie (Friend) Friend, and was a member of Blooming Rose Methodist church.

Surviving besides her husband, are a son, Vincent, Canton, Ohio; a daughter, Mrs. Audrey Frantz, Grantsville, four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

The body is at the home. A funeral service will be held Sunday at 2 p. m. in Blooming Rose Methodist church. Rev. George Lovelace will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
