George E. Friend, aged 73, of Friendsville, died last
Wednesday,
November 21, at his home.
Born in this county he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs.
John
Friend.
Surviving are two sons, George Friend,
Friend, Friendsville; a sister, Mrs. Daisy Savage, McHenry;
and
three grandchildren.
The body was taken to the Newman Funeral home in
Friendsville
where services were conducted
Saturday afternoon at
with Rev. Charles Hinkle
officiating. Interment was in the
