Mrs. W. F. Rumbaugh

Funeral services for Mrs. Ada Rumbaugh, 57, wife of W. F.

Rumbaugh, of Chalk Hill, near Uniontown, Pa., who died last

Wednesday at her home after an illness of three weeks, were held

on Saturday with a brief service at the home at one o'clock,

followed by services in the Blooming Rose church, near

Friendsville, with interment in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Rumbaugh was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. D. H.

Friend, of Friendsville, and besides her husband, is survived by

three sons, Charles Rumbaugh, of Chalk Hill; Paul Rumbaugh, at

home; Ralph Rumbaugh, of Dawson, Pa.; two daughters, Mrs. Roy

Dennis, of Uniontown, Pa.; Mrs. Vernon Matthias, of Chaulk Hill,

six brothers and two sisters also survive; John Friend, Acosta,

Pa.; Ray Friend, Sand Spring; Smith Friend, Accident; R. H.

Friend, Friendsville; D. H. Friend, Jr., Fearer; Mrs. D. K.

Harring, High House, Pa.; and Mrs. C. W. Friend of Friendsville

and eight grandchildren.
