DEED recorded December 25th, 1891 and recorded in Liber 71 N #7   Folios 105 & 106

THIS DEED made the 3rd day of September in the year 1891 by Mary Ann Duckworth to, George Mason Duckworth to, of Allegany County, and State of Maryland--- Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of -- Thirty-Five Dollars in hand paid by Mary L. Duckworth. (wife of Harrison Duckworth) of and Allegany County and State of Maryland the said Mary Ann Duckworth and George Mason Duckworth her husband doth gargain sell and comey grant unto the said Mary L. Duckworth their full possessing right-title and interest of in and to a certain piece of ground as here in after described lying and being in the County and State aforesaid and being a piece of ground title by William p. Duckworth to the said Mary Ann Duckworth on the 29th day of April 1882 and being the same piece of ground whereon the said William P. Duckworth had resided on for twety years previous to the year 1875 and being enclosed at that time by fense, House and Garden some other small buildings and fruit trees were standing on the said enclosure---

The said premises being located between two pieces of land thatis to say ----Good Hope and John's Addition----and Mary Ann Duckworth and George M. Duckworth do coveant and agree to warrent and defend the said premises against -themselves their Heirs and Assigns and no Further.

Witness on Hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
